You will visit the site of the company I am recommending and purchase the package which you believe suits you. Your contract will be between the company and you - please make sure it is the system you feel will suit you best before purchasing and ensure you read the terms and conditions carefully, especially regarding cancellation. I am not a party to this contract.
You will then give me your website account number and password which give me access to the website building system. I will then build and publish the site for you, according to the brief you complete for me (this will be emailed to you on request).
Costs are per page, each page covering one main topic with headings such as those detailed in the example and include all layouts and tables etc

If you then wish to maintain, update and run the site yourself I will hand it back to you and you're up and running.
Ongoing Maintenance:
If you would like me to maintain the site for you (you just email your changes to me) I charge a flat fee of £5/month for all reasonable updates - new pages or completely rewritten pages will incur the original page fee.
It is the responsibility of Therapy Websites to build the pages of your site, insert pictures, text, logos, tables, feedback forms, visitor counters, write text etc and publish the site to the internet, according to our agreed contract.
We cannot accept any liability for the technical function of the site which is the responsibility of the hosting company you purchase the web address and website package from. If the site does not function properly for reasons beyond our control we will do our utmost to resolve the problem by contacting the hosting company during the build of the site. Once the site is set it up, built and and handed back to you completed, the relationship resumes between you and the hosting company. We will assist you thereafter to a reasonable extent, but if you require in-depth help which you feel cannot be provided by the company, a fee of £5/hour will be required to cover our time and phonecalls.
If Therapy Websites is unable to resolve any issues to our satisfaction, you will be informed as soon as possible that the problem needs to be taken up directly with the hosting company, it will then become your responsibility to continue to dialogue with the hosting company direct as the contract for the hosting and website package is between you and the hosting company only.
Since the system uses protected templates we are unable to change any of the code and make the site bespoke to your business.
We cannot accept any liability for downtime losses, lost time, lost income or any other costs beyond the fee which you have paid to Therapy Websites to create the site. Our liability is entirely limited to the cost of our fee to you.
Please carefully read the hosting company's terms and conditions and ensure that you are happy with the package you are purchasing. We will not accept liability for any costs incurred when they have been paid directly to the hosting company.
My Guarantee
If you are not happy with the site Therapy Websites builds for you using the tools provided by the recommended website hosting company, then subject to you putting in writing the reasons for your dissatisfaction within 7 days of the site being published onto the internet, in order that we may improve our service, We will waive the 2nd installment fee and the site has been created for you will be deleted from your package allowing you the opportunity to build the site yourself.
